Absolutely! We love welcoming new knitters to our shop. We offer classes for beginners in both knitting and crochet, covering everything from choosing your first needles or hooks to completing your first project. Check our Class page for upcoming dates and times!
Full cash/credit refund on UNWIND yarn if returned within 24 hours of purchase. Unwound yarn may be returned for Store credit only within 60 days from date of purchase. ONLY unwound skeins of yarn in their original packaging and free of pet hair and odors will be accepted. ALL Classes, accessories and needles are FINAL SALE. Missed classes or makeup sessions are to be coordinated with your instructor within 7 days of missed class. We kindly require that you use UKS yarn while in our shop. We thank you for your business.
Of course! We’re here to support you every step of the way. If you find yourself in a tangle, just give us a call so we can make sure we are available and can set up a time for you that is convenient to pop into the shop for a stitch fix (fees may apply). Melissa or Chickie will be delighted to help you work through any knitting challenges. For more complex issues, consider booking a one-on-one session to ensure you get the attention you need.

Absolutely! We offer a convenient “Click and Collect” service. Simply place your order through our online shop, select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll have your items ready for you within 24 hours. We’ll email you when your order is ready to be collected.
